If you are talking about taking the ota 4.1.2 update while rooted then yes but why wouldn't you just flash the 4.1.2 build instead of taking the ota if you want to see what the new update has to offer...here's the link http://android.clients.google.com/p...signed-nakasi-JZO54K-from-JRO03D.03a4eaf9.zip

Install OTA Rootkeeper (and use it to backup su) _before_ you get the OTA update and it's trivial to restore root privileges.
