Nexus 7 YouTube problem?

Is anyone else having issues with YouTube? I log in and the bar on the left where all your channels are is not working. It says error please try again. I have tried clearing the data and force closing it and doesn't change it?

No problems here...try to uninstall updates and then reinstall.

I'm experiencing the same problem, and it's not confined to the nexus 7. I have a Note 10.1 & an S3; the message appears across all three devices at the same time - so it must be the you-tube app itself. It does appear to be intermittent though - normal service is resumed several times over the course of the day. It doesn't happen with Tubemate. Anyone else?
