Nexus not reading battery correctly

Wondering if anyone else is seeing this issue?
sometimes my battery will read around 30% or so, then if I restart the phone, it all of a sudden reads a lot higher, like 60% or more....

Anyone else see this issue?

I do have a battery app installed so I can put the actually percentage in the top status bar, maybe that app is messing up the phone?

Happened to me before too. Not using any special apps and running stock. Not sure what is causing the issue but I haven't noticed it again

did it again...
you can see in the screen shot it was around 10% or so.. then it decided it wanted to do its own restart (while playing pandora)
then when it started back up.... it said my battery was at 60%....

any one else see this behavior?

Has happened to me, but only after I got a different battery glitch where the phone constantly thinks it's being charged when it isn't.

Yeah it's happened to me too. Not that dramatic though. Before I did a battery pull it would be at 15% then when restarted would say 25%. Running AOKP 24.
