Nexus or S IIX?

Hey guys,

I'm looking to get a new phone tonight...and I'm stuck on either the Galaxy SII X or the Nexus. Anyone able to help me pick one? Also any other ideas out there for phones would be greatly appreciated...picked up a Fascinate 4g last go around and it has been terrible, I don't want to make that mistake again!
