Nexus reboots on incoming/outgoing calls after update

Has anyone else had this problem? Ever since I got the OTA yesterday, whenever I try to make a phone call or I try to answer an inbound call, my phone will seize up and reboot. I tried making an outbound call on the Skype app and the same thing happened. How do I fix this?

That sounds like a serious, uncommon issue. I would suggest doing a SIM pull, and if that doesn't work, try (1) a factory reset or (2) calling Verizon.
