Explain, please. I am...but have seen nothing about this as a feature.

As the above commenter stated, this is one of the most anticipated features of ICS - it was shown off at the ICS reveal in Hong Kong. If you had read any blog/article on ICS, they probably would have mentioned it.

Works perfect, too - just hold Vol Down and the Power button at the same time for 2 seconds

Nothing fancy...no crazy themes, widgets, or wallpapers.

Just a functional device. Couldn't run my practice without it.

Yea that's beautiful Widgets. Its the 4x1 super clock with buuf weather theme and blacktrans clock theme.
