New to the nexus, pretty much kept the same setup as my optimus.

Go Launcher ex, beautiful widgets clock, pure calendar widget, and elixir widget.

Cm7 with punk pink theme and custom font from UOT kitchen.

Custom theme I've been putting together... Based on Oxygen 2.3 ROM with all customize status bar icons/notifications to color match. There will be more additions to the theme but this is my starting point.

Beautiful Widgets
Clock skin : Bluneon
Weather skin : HDBlue

Go Launcher
Theme: FutureWorld (dock icons and app icons)

Comments? Suggestions? If anyone is interested in the Oxygen 2.3 based theme I will be happy to post a thread when its finished.

That looks sweet. I can't wait till I have time to sit down and mess with themes. Still stumbling around looking where everything is.

I tried editing a ADW theme last night for my girlfriend. Changed all the icons to pink real quick. They looked decent. Except, I edited the wrong icons; and, they weren't the theme defaults. Just a extra icons packed in, hahaha.

So, it was pointless to give it to her if she had to switch all the icons around.

I quickly, edited the icon in quickpic to make it orange. For some reason, though, after it wouldn't launch anymore. Probably would have just been best to make an icon for the launcher instead. haha.

Most CM7 themes that I've seen do it automatically. Otherwise you can flash a zip

Most CM7, Oxygen and many others all have an option under Settings or a application that is separate from the settings that controls special features of the ROM. You can select to display the stock icon, stock icon with percents, percents only, etc... all depends what the ROM has written into it.

As far as a flashable, that can be done to by adding custom battery xml script and battery images to reflect what you want to display to the framework-res.apk which would then be flashed in CWM.
