NFC blinking on and off?

I have an HTC One Remix. When I tried to turn on the NFC recently to use Android Pay, the NFC just blinks on and off. It's never on long enough to pick up a signal. I've tried uninstalling the Android Pay app, soft reset and many restarts. Anybody have any ideas how to fix this?

Does this happen at all locations for which you are trying to use Android Pay? I would suggest full factory reset (backup before hand) and see if that works. Let us know how that goes.
