One is as good as another. Pick a design that appeals to you.
I bought a pack of ten from a vendor on Amazon called TagsForDroid because I liked the way they looked and the package included a couple of keychains with embedded tags, all for about $15.
How bare do the tags have to be to work? Meaning do they have to be on th the outside of things in order for a device to read them? Can they be hidden in a wallet or on the inside of a case or bag and still transmit when the phone is placed next to it?
The specs call for up to 10 cm (around 4 in) but in reality less than an inch. Tags can work if placed in a wallet but cant be placed on metal, unless they are shielded
