Nike+ gps

So I assumed on the normal stand alone watch that it would use my phones GPS for location when connected. When I use my nike+ app and start the run, when I scroll to the right it says the it cant find GPS and to move to a clear spot. But I see the GPS icon on my status bar on my s6. Has anyone had this problem and found a fix?

It might be a bug in the app. Have you emailed the developer and told them about it?

not yet that was maybe the next thing i was going to do. thought id see first if anyone else is having this issue
