While I'm not a spelling or grammar Nazi, I just had to point this out....

I'm seeing a lot of posts in the forum that refer to the device as the "Galaxy S8 Plus". It's the Galaxy S8+, folks. Can we all agree that it's not an Apple device and that typing + is much faster and easier than typing out Plus?

I guess it doesn't matter to me. On my keyboard it's easier to type plus, if I use the symbol then I have to open the symbol screen to select the + symbol.

I think everyone knows it's not a Apple device

In my day job I'm a marketing and branding guy. I'm sure there's someone at Samsung who is my kindred spirit in this matter. :)

When we had S7 Edge many used S7E shorthand. I thought Samsung was just doing it for us - interchangeable. Wrong?

I one knows except inner group and NDA what Apple will call 3rd 2017 model. We only know the 4.7 is 7S and 5.5 7S+ (but proper name is 7S Plus).

Amazon had a bunch of different names also when searching for cases and screen protectors. Plus this + that plus+plus+...
