Hello!
Time to introduce myself I guess! My name is Torkel, I'm from Sweden and my Android journey started with an HTC Hero in 2009. After that I got the first Note when it was released. It was HUGE but still the size made sense as everyone knows nowadays.
When the Note 3 arrived I upgraded and got a Gear watch bundled and absolutely loved the watch integration. The watch sadly broke last year and instead I got myself the cheapest Wear watch out there, a Sony SmartWatch3.
It didn't have a camera but a GPS so I could use it as motivation to start running now and then and log the run just with my watch.
However I wasn't very pleased with the watch face. Being a C/C++/Object Pascal developer since many years I didn't really see that as a problem but as an opportunity.
So I decided to make my own watch face.
Many hours with Udacity after the kids fell asleep was a great introduction to Android development.
To be able to make the watch face the best it can be I recently bought a Huwaei Watch 2. The screen is really great compared to the SmartWatch3 but I must admit that I miss the notifications from Android Wear 1.5. But as I said before, I don't see that as a problem...
I'm not sure if advertisement is allowed here so lets just say that it's released on Google Play and I called it Agenda12h. :-!
I'm looking forward to join in on this site, thanks for reading this far!
Best regards
Torkel
