No 5GHz with CM10 - is CM9 for the T999 still downloadable?

As far as I can tell, CM10 (or JB in general, rather) breaks 5GHz wifi. I don't mind going back to ICS, but I can't seem to locate CM9 anywhere. Anyone know where I might locate that?

Or should I just go back to stock?
