No android 4.4 update

I just recieved my galaxy s4 active today. I went to check the system software but it's only 4.2. So i went to the system update, and they said 4.2 is the newest version avaliable. I went online to check for system updates and found out that att is having 4.4 update for their galaxy active. But the phone I have is the unlock one with the model number Gt-i9295. Will my phone ever get andriod 4.4 update? or even android 4.3 update in the future?

It's the same thing with my Samsung Galaxy S4 Active phone too.
