No ANT+ support???

OK, I got this phone to replace my Note 7. I did my homework, but not enough I guess. I was bummed to learn it doesn't support ANT+ devices like my heart rate monitor when I'm bike riding. I do like the phone a lot except for this one point. It's not a deal-breaker, but are there any ways to work around this? ANT+ downloads are available but do no good without the proper hardware, right? Any help?

From the looks of this doesn't look like it. IMO, ANT+ maybe going away soon with all the Bluetooth LE tech coming out nowadays.

All the ANT+ apps restored over from my Samsung devices but haven't had a chance to try it as my HRM went bad on me.
