No app shortcuts in second screen

The other day my app shortcuts just disappeared from my second screen, I went into settings to try to put them back but now there is no option for me to do so. What happened?

The other day my app shortcuts just disappeared from my second screen, I went into settings to try to put them back but now there is no option for me to do so. What happened?

Only thing I know is to go to Settings/Display/Second Screen and then press on "Show when main screen is on" and there will be a toggle for App shortcuts.

I did that and that option is no longer there. I don't know what happened.
