No audio on videos sent to me

[Android Central Question]

My daughter sent me a video of my granddaughter singing. I couldn't get audio but the other recipient did. They have i phones, I have a Samsung Galaxy 7. My volume is turned up but I still don't hear anything. Suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! How was the video sent -- via text message or email? Did your daughter use an iPhone to send the video as well?
