No Backup - Help Please

I have a pretty difficult situation. I've searched the threads and couldn't find anything like this. I had CM10 on my LTE and wanted to unroot so I could install the RUU and go back to CM10. I thought it would be easy. The first thing I did was boot into TWRP and restore my Sense rom. When it was rebooting, it got stuck on a black screen. When I did a simulated battery pull, I booted back into TWRP to restore again, but there was no backup file. I had copied it to other places inside the phone and on the SD card before I did this in case something like this happened, but I have nothing anymore. I have the RUU, but it won't recognize the phone in TWRP, and I have no idea how to get anything on the phone since I can't get it to show in the browser. Any help would be great.
