For the phone, did you go into the Apps screen and just search "Calc" ?

it is really handyThank you for the idea! I'm so bad at math and I use it often enough.
Open the Galaxy Store and search 'Samsung Calculator' tap install and then open it. There's your Calculator!I looked in app drawer and found no calculator. How can a flagship phone lack something so basic? Even a flip phone has a calculator.![]()

I'm using a Google Pixel running the latest version of Android 15 Beta 4.1.Welcome, what device are you using?
That can happen if u set-up your device and didn't log in to Samsung Galaxy store or Samsung account during set-upSo I just bought a galaxy S22+ with the latest OS as of 11/18/24 and I can confirm I DID NOT come with a native calculator app. I needed to download it in the galaxy store. Notepad as well!!! Tf
.....I don't see the logic. That can happen if u set-up your device and didn't log in to Samsung Galaxy store or Samsung account during set-up
Some consider it Samsung bloat and have the option to install or not to at set-up, just like Google gives you options also to use or not install their apps ......I don't see the logic.
No, it doesn't... a calculator is essential to any computer. Giving us the option to offload stock apps sure, but NOT including something as simple as a calculator is just bizarre. Some consider it Samsung bloat and have the option to install or not to at set-up, just like Google gives you options also to use or not install their apps .
Makes sense?
Ok .. just explaining the theory behind it , I don't make the rules /phone/Software.No, it doesn't... a calculator is essential to any computer. Giving us the option to offload stock apps sure, but NOT including something as simple as a calculator is just bizarre.
