No Calendar sync option in Google account

Unlike my old BB, I can't sync my Exchange Group Calendar for work from the Public Folders. I have created a second Gmail account just to host a calendar and am using a third party software (Oggsync) on my desktop computer at work to sync the Group Calendar to the 2nd Gmail account. At first I couldn't add a second Gmail account to my phone but used the Youtube workaround to add it. Now I can add several Gmail accounts to the X but they only show the Sync Gmail and Sync Contacts options. There is no option to Sync Calendar except on my original Gmail account. I need help getting the calendar to show up otherwise I can't get to the Group Calendar for viewing and editing. If I share the second Gmail account with the first I can only see the Group Calendar, not edit it or create new appointments. Please help.

Would the Google Calendar Sync application help?

I use it to sync my non-Exchange server Outlook Calendar to my Google Calendar. It works really well and supports two way synchronization. I don't see why it wouldn't work for an Exchanger server.
