No caps lock on stock rezound keyboard

Am I missing something or do I need to hold the arrow up to type all caps. On my incredible I just held on the arrow up for a couple of secs and it would lock. Any help would be appreciated.

It's actually a double tap from lower case.

from lower case:
Single tap is like hitting shift on a PC
Double tap is like hitting caps-lock on a PC (another tap will put you back in lower case)
