I just wanted to know cause I wonder how this situation works. I am in the US and I gave my cousin my phone and he lives in another country. He can receive my Allo messages without data cause he doesn't have data when out of wifi( home). How is this happening? This also won't charge me in sms international ( though I"m sure you have to be activate that feature to txt international. I have Nexus 6p using it on the Verizon network, was on Project Fi).
