No data in my Samsung S8

Android Central Question

Hi

My Samsung S8's data suddenly stopped working. I cannot make or receive calls and my 4G is not working either.

I tried my Simcard in another phone and it works fine.

I did a full reset and still no connection at all. I don't know what else to check.

Can anyone help?
 
Have you tried contacting your service provider about the issue? How long have you had the phone? After you did the fresh install did you go over your settings at all? Flight mode is not on etc.
 
How do I know if it's a software or a hardware problem.

Can I run one of those secret android codes and check if it's something from the hardware?
Welcome as a new member. :)

You may be able to check via the Service Menu; the dialler codes for accessing that vary from device to device.
