No Data on Metro PCS

I recently bought the Moto G and have purchased a SIM with Metro PCS. I can make calls and texts but I get no data whatsoever. Metro PCS has no idea why there is no data. We have switched SIM Cards and everything. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
 
This may sound stupid, but did you try a restart?

Ive restarted several times. If its not compatible, shouldnt there be no kind of data or text messaging either?

Regarding the APN, I have no idea what that is
