It does and that's why I'm also keeping my 4s. Not to mention that the 4s is still one heck of a phone.

That goes for all phones with KitKat
OR u could just root your phone, which would allow you to break the restriction of using FoxFi

Or you can wait for the google play edition. I would assume that edition would be like my Nexus 5 and come with automatic tethering. Tethering is enabled from the settings via bluetooth, usb, or wifi whether or not you have tethering on your mobile plan(which i don't).

Just root it. I couldn't imagine not rooting it anyway where I wouldn't have AdAway installed on it.

anyone with a good step by step tutorial with pictures on how to root an s5 (verizon)? if it's ***** proof, i'd consider it.

Does anyone know if FoxFi will work in Bluetooth Mode on the Sprint S5? I get that it won't work via WiFi mode.
