I am going to the store to get 10 pro tomorrow.

But for those who still are still undecided what is the difference?

Brighter screen

New processor

Slightly improved camera with macros and 100x zoom

Satellite SOS call from what's app without service finally

Slightly bigger battery

Fast charging and qi2 finally

What else am I missing?

I found this quote in a 9 to 5 Google review - that I pretty much agree with. I'm going to hold on to my 9Pro XL for another year: "As an upgrade from the Pixel 6 through to the Pixel 8, it’s a solid buy. The rest? Well, the truth is, not so much."

That's the case with any year-over-year purchase for any manufacturer. So nothing new there, and a lot of us here don't care about it and buy the phone anyway .

That's pretty much why I no longer upgrade every year. I usually wait two years to upgrade because there are more features that are compelling to me.

The 9 Pro has 1 speaker and a SIM tray on the bottom, vs the 10 Pro has 2 speakers with no SIM tray
I'm not sure about this. I have the 10 Pro XL and while there are two openings at the bottom, sound only comes out of the right one, not the left. That said, it is louder and sounds a bit fuller than my 9 Pro XL.

Same on the pixel 10 pro only the right side, I blocked the right side with my thumb and nothing from the bottom left speaker

Found this regarding the speakers:

Better speakers

The speakers on Pixel 10 Pro XL are noticeably better than prior generations. They’re a bit louder, but mostly have more depth and richness to the audio, both compared to the last generation and other devices like my iPhone 15 Pro. Where I often will pair to speakers throughout my home to listen to music (or grab a pair of earbuds), I found myself leaning towards the phone’s own speakers in a lot of scenarios over the past week.

It’s not really something I can describe. You just have to hear it, because these are really good.
