No Google "contacts" in Google acount on new S5

Hope I'm posting in the right place, thanks for any assistance

Just upgraded to S5 from S3, my issue is that Google Contacts (and Chrome & Internet) is simply missing from my Google Account with my S5

Within my Google account on S3 are:
App data
Calendar
Chrome
Contacts
Gmail
Google+
Google+ photos
Google+ uploads
Internet
Keep
People details
Picasa Web albums

BUT on my S5 three less!!!!:
App data
Calendar
Chrome (NOT SHOWING)
Contacts (NOT SHOWING)
Gmail
Google+
Google+ photos
Google+ uploads
Internet (NOT SHOWING)
Keep
People details
Picasa Web albums

So when I go to my contacts to add a new one it only gives me option to add to phone itself and not t my gmail account which is what I want and am used to

On the other hang Google Calendar is there and works and syncs fine, also within gmail app on phone all my addresses are there and works fine

So why are Chrome, Contacts and Internet missing from S5 please?

Any solution, guys in my local phone shop are baffled like me!

Try doing a soft reset with the phone. If that does not work do a hard reset it should fix the issue.

Thanks. a hard reset fixed it, just hours of putting it back to the way I had it now!
