You probably wont get any help for this.
I had that happen to me in mid December. Mid January i tested out T-Mobile coverage and network and by the end of January i ported my number over. 11+ years with them down the drain.
I had 3 network trouble tickets open for weeks, did all sorts of testing with them and no actual answer or solution came from it. The best guess was capacity issues, but i know thats not what was happening.
No Incoming calls or texts. Data worked. I could call out and that would allow incoming calls and texts to work for a short period of time till the problem came back. Same with power cycling. Fixed it for a few hours but not permanent.
Swapped devices, did account modifications, nothing. Theres already a thread or two about this. Something with vision is screwing up their service to some people.
Im in Dallas and in a market with LTE and network vision still being deployed. I wish you the best..
