For months now my phone has displayed the "no internet access" message for a few long seconds when I open certain apps and periodically throughout use of those apps. (Its most of my apps so i can't name them all. Chrome, Facebook, Clash of Clans, and on and on.) Some times only when first opened and sometimes only when I am using them. Sometimes it even pops up when I'm on the home screen but have apps open in background. It's quite annoying. I do in fact have Internet access when this occurs. (Most of the time) I almost always have WiFi off. So cant say for sure if it does it when connected to WiFi. Regardless it shouldn't say I don't have Internet access when I clearly do. It's been going on for ever and it's annoying. If I have to push something that is under the message I have to wait until it goes away for it to sense that I have touched there. Anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

Welcome to Android Central!

You can try clearing your cache partition and see if that clears out any bugs. If not a factory reset might also do the trick.

See Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Connection Problems.

You might be losing connection to the router. You might still be connected to the router, but losing internet access (a limited connection). If you're losing connection to the router it could be a weak signal, it could be a microwave oven between you and the router (any time it's running, you lose internet access - I had that if I was on the deck of my old house), it could be intermittent hardware in the phone ... there are a lot of possibilities. If it's a limited connection, make sure the router is running AES encryption, not TKIP or TKIP+AES.
