No internet, but can ping from laptop and it is listed in router under connected devices

No internet, can ping my phone from my laptop and my phone is listed under the connected devices in my router

Network works fine - everything is static - Desktop and laptop are good
The settings on my phone are in accordance with the network

External Network (to internet) -192.168.1.1

My router WAN IP -192.168.1.128
My router LAN IP - 192.168.2.1

Desktop/Laptop/Phone default gateway 192.168.2.1

Desktop - 192.168.2.5
Laptop- 192.168.2.9
Phone - 192.168.2.37

Also my phone doesnt ask for a subnet mask???
