No internet connection, battery drain, cant receive texts, factory reset disabled????

So today for no apparent reason my phone stopped receiving texts. Then I realized I have no internet connection either. Also my battery is draining really fast. I tried to do a factory reset, but it's as if the button is disabled. I click it and nothing happens?? The phone is a zte zmax running on tmobile network. No root. Please help!

Welcome back! Press and hold Power for 15-20 seconds to force a shutdown. Then wait a few seconds, and power back on. Do the problems persist?
