No internet connection

I have a Pixel 4a that doesn't have a SIM (doesn't need it.) We do need it to connect to the internet via wifi. It was working at one point, but at some point it stopped working. I don't have the phone here - I'm working with someone at a different location. It shows that the phone is connected but has no internet. But the internet is absolutely working. And it's the correct network.

We already tried restarting the phone and telling it to forget the connection and reset it.

Any Ideas?

Hi, have you tried to reboot your Wi-Fi router and possible try change it from 5ghz to 2.4 ?

We haven't tried that yet, but we'll do that.

It took a while to get this sorted out, because I was working long distance. But it turns out that someone had managed to block that phone - I think on the router. It's working now.
