Android Central Question
After updating my Samsung Galaxy S7 to Android Oreo 8.0, whenever I attempt to use Facebook messenger, on or off of WiFi, messages take forever to send because I supposedly do not have internet connection. This isn't the case, as apps like hangouts are capable of sending the messages without issue, and it being a problem brought with the update was shown when I could still use messenger perfectly fine on my old Samsung Galaxy S5. I have cleared the app cache, as well as my phones cached data.
Is there a way to fix this or even revert back to version 7 until they release a newer update where the issue has been resolved? Or do I need to wait for Samsung to release a new version. It's become rather annoying and I would like this to be resolved asap.
