No longer getting rewards points with Samsung Pay

After checking Samsung Pay on my phone and on my watch I noticed that I no longer seem to be getting rewards points from Samsung Pay. I use my watch almost exclusively for samsung pay, and I think the issue started after I updated my Gear to 3.0.1 and did a factory reset.

Can anyone else who has updated their watch and done a factory reset confirm if they are still getting credited with samsung pay reward points when they pay using their watch?
 
They cut off at 50 transactions. If you've hit 50 you won't earn anymore until Dec 1st

I know, but they cut me off at 9 and I've used my watch at least 20 times this month. It had worked fine for me since I got the watch in July, but since 3.0 update I don't seem to be getting the points anymore.

OK you used the watch-did you connect it with the phone? Those points won't show up until it updates with your phone
 
Yes, I have the Wi-Fi version of the watch so it is always connected to my phone via Bluetooth.
