No Love for the Samsung Acclaim or US Cellular

Hello All I'm New Here I jumped ship about 2 weeks ago, from a BlackBerry Tour to US Cellular's 1st Android the Samsung Acclaim, and I am loving it. I found this site via way of CrackBerry, but I'm a little upset that we have no where in the forum for us new Samsung Acclaim owners to discuss our device. Now I know US Cellular is new to the Android world, but we are here now and are not going anywhere. The Acclaim my be their first Android but they have more coming a total of 4 by the end of the year. I know that I'm not the only Samsung Acclaim owner who got their shiny new device, bid farewell to their Blackberries, and started surfing the web for more info, or just to hear from other Acclaim users. So you US Cellular Acclaim owners if your out there chime in and lets give the Acclaim some love.

And BTW this is an awesome site

Yep - it is indeed a nice little phone. Thoroughly dissed by Engadget, etc prior to coming out. I got it the day it came out, for my wife, and it works just fine.

For some app favorites that I downloaded for her that help in using it, see the other Acclaim thread here. And, before anything else, download Missed Call for 2.x, so you don't! (WHY did the smartphones get dumb and lose the chirp and buzz features that older phones had?!)

I've played with this phone and for USCC is seems like a good little phone. If I needed USCC this would be my choice. I like the size of the device.
