No memory no keyboard can't log in

LG Keyboard has stop working." I can't get into my phone because it's locked and I cannot type my password because the keyboard isn't working. I have an LGMS323 Optimus. This happen after I downloaded an audiobook, phone keeps beeping and showing no memory symbol but stays lock, yes I did try the advise posted, turned off, took out battery, hold power, home vol key. restarted, connect to PC nothing works. ?

Sad to say it, but you might have to factory reset the phone. If you can't get in, I have no idea how you're going to back up your data. Hopefully, you have a back up already? I certainly hope someone else responds with a better alternative.

You could try a USB keyboard or mouse. You will need a other adaptor

I had the same problem 1 year ago. As @Pugs1957 said, try connect USB keyboard with Micro USB to USB adapter. It costs a few $. This method worked for me.

I agree with Pugs1957--although I think Autocorrect was doing its best to cloud his response. "You will need a other adaptor" should read "You will need an OTG adaptor."
