No Mobile Hotspot?

I thought I saw on the Note 2 spec list on the VZW website the "Mobile Hotspot?" option x-ed out with a big "No". Anybody know anything about that feature and if it'll be available?

Looking here Set Your Location it is listed that a Hotspot is included in the phone.

The listed specs are obviously wrong because email, web and broadband are also x'd out. They were in a rush to get the phone on their site.
