I have a 2014 Honda Civic with the nav screen. Coming from an LG G5, when I connected bluetooth and played music, whether from Amazon music app, google music or pandora, it would display the artist name, album name, and song name. Now with the S8 it just says no title for all 3. What's up with that? Any way to fix it? See attached.

re:

When you were pairing the phone to the cars BT, you should have received a prompt on the phone requesting permission. You didn't select yes so the stereo can't display the music info.

Unpair and try again.

100% agree, that this is the likely culprit, BUT please try ( @cypresstx86 ) and let us know if it fixes it so I can mark it as an answer. :)

Ok so actually I only tried amazon music since I paired the galaxy phone. I went ahead and unpaired it and tried again. It asked for access to text messages, hondalink emergency dialing in event of crash and access to contacts and phone logs. I gave permissions to all. It still doesn't show in Amazon music app. I tried google music and it does show the music data. So it seems something is keeping it from displaying in the amazon music app. It displayed just fine with the G5. any ideas?

Maybe try digging in to the Amazon Music settings, under Settings, Apps, etc Making sure permissions are set in there and nothing needs to be toggled. Check the settings cog within the open app itself too, BUT I did not see anything promising within myself.
