no navigation

where am I missing it. I had turn by turn navigation on an Droid x. I cannot see it as a download on the galaxy III

If you download Google maps, it comes with navigation.

Every android phone (at least the 2 I've owned) comes with an app just called Navigation. Has a blue triangle type (or head of an arrow pointing north) icon. It's made by google, not sure why it's not called Google Nav. Works great. Should be in your app drawer. Google maps is horrible for turn by turn navigation purposes.

Yeah mine has it, maybe its been disabled ot something. You can check the application manager and scroll all the way down to see its its there (in the all applications tab).

I always use google maps though, never had a problem with it.

that's the one I am looking for. the blue triangle. I will keep looking. I keep putting out fires with this galaxy. just resolved the dimness when on the internt
