No option to add Wifi during setup

I have an LG G4 H815 (I think that's the model, it's carrier unlocked) that I've factory reset after a long time of not using it. When I turn it on it takes a solid minute to boot, and when I enter the new account setup, I can't get past the "Set internet connection" screen because it's either completely blank, or if it does come up (after rebooting or repeatedly pressing the "back" and "next" buttons) the option to add a WiFi network is greyed out and can't be selected and there's no option to continue setup without it.

Can't find anything about this on Google so many thanks in advance if someone here can point me in the right direction.

Thanks for reply. I tried LG Bridge (and also PC Suite when that didn't work) but it said that MTP mode has to be activated on the phone in order to connect... which I cannot do because I can't get past the setup wizard to be able to do anything on the phone. Is there some sort of way to bypass the setup process and be able to connect that way?
