No options after hitting network lock

I have a Samsung Galaxy S 3 ... m# SCH-R530U us cellular ... i have tried this to unlock it ..dial the following keys *#197328640#

Main Menu
[1] UMTS
[1] Debug Screen
[8] Phone Control
[6] Network Lock .. after hitting this I have no other options... any help on this

Mines the same. I think uscc has probably circumvented this little trick.

I'll probably resort to an unlocking service at some time.

The new laws also make it illegal to unlock if your contract started after sometime in January. Thats my understanding anyways. I' just saying.Under certain circumstances uscc may give you the unlock code.

Don't give up though. I search daily for a way. I'd like to go to Cricket if I go out east again.

After you hit the network lock, hit the menu button, and key in the number 3 into the blank space and wait for about 1 minute and then you will get the message saying no menu or something like that, then hit menu button again, back up to network lock again, hit menu button key input the number 4 and wait for about a minute. Took me a while to figure that one out, but it did work for me.

Can you explain in a more detail what you did? Under network lock I have nothing. I'm not sure what you meant by the blank space. Please help me out!
