No options on tap to pay

When I go to tap to pay in the setting I only get learn more and when I click on learn more I get redirected to google's support website. How do i turn on tap to pay?

That is because Google Wallet is not officially compatible with the Nexus 7 (2013). That's why Wallet never came with it.

The first response is correct, you have to install Google Wallet, then you will have a choice under Tap & pay. When your N7 2013 is updated to KitKat, you should be able to use Google Wallet to pay for something. I have not tried to do that yet as I don't often have my N7 with me when shopping but one of these days I will try to make it work. Wallet no longer needs a SIM card to work if KitKat is present and the device has basic NFC available. Not sure about it working outside of the US, I know the Google Wallet Credit Card does not work outside US, not sure about Wallet on a device.

No, I am in Canada. Does it work in Canada?

From the Google Wallet support site: At this time, tap and pay functionality is not supported for devices purchased internationally.

In other words, no. I'm in Canada too so i feel your pain.
