Android Central Question

Here is what I did:
1. Unlocked bootloader
2. Installed TWRP
3. Downloaded Lineage OS 15 Unofficial and Gapps to my SD Card, and inserted SD Card into my phone.
4. Wiped Dalvik, System, Data, and something else :(
5. Flashed Lineage OS unsuccessfully, so I wiped Dalvik cache again.
6. ACCIDENTALLY, rebooted phone, and now I'm stuck on unlocked bootloader warning page.

I tried to use adb fastboot to reboot bootloader, but adb does not recognize my connected device. I tried different usb cables as well. Is there a way to fix it? I will use any ROM.

Unless someone knows a trick for that phone, I don't think so. (Older Samsungs could be booted from an OS on the SD card, for example.) You may have to find a JTAG service that can "force-feed" an OS to the phone. (Look on eBay.)
