No outgoing call sound when people call me

Hi. Quick question I've been unable to find an answer for
Just upgraded to a new xperia xz premium. When people call me my phone rings like normal and when I answer I can talk to them like normal however when they ring me they get silence on their end until I answer or it goes to voice mail. Not sure if this is a phone setting that needs adjusting or an optus carrier setting. Thanks in advance if anyone can help

Welcome to Android Central! I'd guess that's an Optus issue. Give their support team a call.
