No outgoing calls

Hey guys and gals,

Bear with me here on this one as I am trying to troubleshoot my wife's new G6 while I am away.
So we got her the G6 and she had it all set up. Then she went to make a phone call and no dice.
She was prompted to hang up and try her call again, then it said that her number wasn't supported to make calls.

So she took the SIM card out, tried in her Note 5, works no problem. Tried the G6 again, nothing. So she did a factory reset. Tried again, still nothing.
BUT...She can receive calls no problem on it and she can call Rogers wireless support. (that's our carrier)

So any ideas here? I have a Pixel XL so unfortunately I am not familiar with what options are available to her. This is her (our) first LG phone...

Yeah. Tried original SIM card and new SIM that was came with new device and was activated. No dice for outgoing calls on G6. But still works for outgoing with swapped back over to the Note 5.
