No radio Galaxy Nexus 4.0.4

I recently flashed a new rom from 4.0.1 to 4.0.4 on my Galaxy Nexus.
I received the IMM76I update over the air and everything was good for the last week. Oddly enough, today the signal went blank with an x on top. No data, radio, nothing. I've done both a soft and hard reboot (removing the battery) and no use. I've tried a different sim card and it's not that either. My existing sim card works just fine on a different android phone. I've also done a factory reset and that hasn't helped either.

Any ideas what might have happened here and how I can resolve this issue? I'm so lost without my phone
Or am I stuck with a brick?

Same thing happened to mine this past weekend. Verizon tier 2 thought either bad SIM or bad phone. Tried a new SIM in-store - no help. Verizon sending a replacement.

The G-Nex is the first "Phone" I have had with Big Red but I was under the impression that with the mini-sim it has it was not usable in other Android devices? I have the Novatel MiFi 4510L 4g LTE and it's sim is the longer type and the contacts are not even in the same area compared to the mini-sim.
