No Record of Sent Emails- Stock Email

I have and IMAP account set up. When I send an email it is not seen in my sent folder on my desktop or other computers. The emails are actually sent. Strangely, there isn't even a record of them in a sent folder on my phone. It is like they were never sent. However, the receiving parties do get the emails.

Any thoughts? Thanks.
