No recovery mode after stock gb sbf.

I sbf'd my phone to the stock gb sbf because I kept having so many issues getting the ota to download but now when I power on, hold power and home, it goes to the recovery but the symbol goes from arrow and a box to the triangle and exclamation. Any idea what went wrong and what I can do to fix?

When it gets to that point with the! just hit both vol keys and the recovery menu will appear
