No reporting on Flip 6 manufacturing defect, Dead Screen

The issue: the internal screen goes black and un responsive The cover screen still functions. Internal screen needs to be replaced.

I don't understand why Android Central or other phone sites are not reporting this obvious manufacturing flaw. The Samsung.com forum is loaded with dead screen reports. The UbreakIfix store where I had my phone repaired said they had repaired quite a few Flip 6 phones with the same dead screen issue. Why no reporting on this AC?

Can't speak for the news portion of the site, but the forums are user-driven... If there are no reports here, well, that's because no users here have experienced that or thought it warranted a post about it (since most of the time screen issues with foldables are due to actual phone damage). Again, can't speak for the news site, but I also haven't seen this reported as a 'widespread' issue on other outlets.

If this WERE a manufacturing defect, it would be covered by warranty and replaced, not repaired.

There is a report here, mine. Using this site to judge trends of the Flip 6 is not reliable. There are seldom posts here. I only posted my issue with the dead screen because I couldn't find another way to reach the AC staff . Not sure why a problem being under warranty lessens the problem for potential buyers. Mine was repaired, not replaced.

My FOLD6 during the first week of use had a 1mm dead pixel in side where the crease is.
