No response from screen

ok I got the GS2 the other day.....and i have one main problem with it!!!! the screen becomes unresponsive after some time......I have to do a battery pull to get it to work......I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem......if I'm the only one then I'm taking this bad boy back to the store!

i had this problem with my first GS2ET4G. the only thing that resolved the problem was getting a replacement phone.

ah man.......guess I'll be going back to the Sprint store I don't want a refurbished fone :'(

Did you purchase brand new from Sprint? I'd specifically request a new and not refurbished device since its still very new.

Wow it blows my mind how much defective hardware is out there. It seems like half the people on here are on their second or third e4gt's. My first one was a dud also.

this is my only problem with this fone. there is no lagging with the apps or anything else. gggrrrr

Sometimes dirt and smudges can cause this so make sure you're dealing with a clean screen.
